Refund policy
Not everything is available for return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return

Log in to your account

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

Return to the webshop and enter the code to log in.

Request a return

Click Request Return next to the order you wish to return.

If your order contains more than one item, select the items you’d like to return.

Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store if needed.

Click Request Return to submit your request.

Shipping your return
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.
After the product has been returned, your refund will be processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on how and where to send your package. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Please note: items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

Custom-made or personalized items

Personal care goods (like beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired piece.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
